My car was illegally repossessed. On top of that, the contract I had with Toyota had several violations so I requested to rescind the contract. Multiple times. I have given many notices with no response, and one day they just come and repossess the car. Toyota can say that I have defaulted on payments, but Toyota is at fault by committing FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, UNFAIR PRACTICES ACT, TRUTH IN LENDING ACT VIOLATIONS. The contract between me and Toyota was fraud and voided once I discovered the violations, so Toyota had no right to repossess my property. I can support my claims in court, and I have notarized the affidavits of truth that I have already sent, and I have also notarized the rescission notice. I have also kept all certified mail documents to prepare a legit claim against TOYOTA FINANCIAL. In closing, if Toyota Financial Services so chooses to come to an agreement, then it is my wish that the following terms be provisioned so that my equitable interest can be restored. Otherwise, I am fully prepared to file a claim in court.
