I have a mortage loan with Essex Mortage for the last month. I have not been able to speak to anyone at the company. I have emailed several times, ive called several time different time of the day. No one answers the phone, there is auto message and then it drops the phone call. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I mailed the cusumer care on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, I just get a automated reply from the emailes. I used the Fill out the form below to send a message directly to our Servicing Department on the home page and the contant us form in the portal also no response. I can not pay my mortage. The website will not allow me to do any one time or recurring payments setu p I get a " Please call us to discuss your loan and make payment ''. Again the automed system hangs up, i cant get anyone on the phone. Also the website has to update payment history and my payment information is wrong.
