When Checking credit report I have been made aware from companies that there is a charge off balance on my account that is closed. I have reached out many of times to this company asking for the original signed contract not a copy, Truth and lending statement, and Validation of this charge off amount. No one ever responded. No one can find my information via phone as well as no response to letters sent. I did not consent for the credit bureaus to report this information on my credit report casuing me to miss out on business opportunities from various banks, This is a violation. 15 usc 1681a2, I did not give authorization or permission for XXXX, Equifax or XXXX to furnish this account on my credit report. I am requesting it be removed and pay damages of XXXX each credit bureau for this violation made out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We would rather resolve this issue immediately before taking further action.
