XXXX, Experian and XXXX refuse to fix and follow FCRA rules and regulations in ACCURATELY REPORTING creditor account information on consumers credit files. While disputing previous LATES being reported by XXXX ( ACCT # XXXX ), The Credit Bureaus recently updated that I was more than late 30 days for XX/XX/2023. My payments are due on the 2nd of each month. I made my payment prior to XXXX. How are they reporting me late after they received the payment? They are deliberately keeping me in a negative account status which is severely impacting my credit. This is fraudulent reporting and it is illegal. I have attached a receipt of my most recent payment made and also a copy of a complaint I filed with XXXX.
