I mailed in my payment for XXXX around the first of the month. Comenity Bank never posted it & claims they never got it. I've done everything they've asked me to do and they still claim that I haven't provided them with proper documentation and they consider this grievance closed. They are charging me overdue fees every month. My bank, XXXX, gave me a photo copy of the front & back of the electronic check they sent showing the transmittal info that Comenity asked for yet they won't accept it. It shows the check was cashed on XX/XX/2023. A month after I mailed it to them! They held it till it was past the due date before cashing it & did not post it to my account. Today I received a form letter stating that this issue is now closed because I didn't provide them with their requested documentation. And I also got a bill from them for {$230.00}. The original bill was for {$190.00}. Every time I call Comenity I get a different agent. No-one knows what the other agents are telling me.
