Around XXXX & XXXX my credit report had invalid information which reported as Ginny 's XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX WI XXXX stating I owed {$390.00} to which I did dispute with all three credit agencies and asked for verification, to which was never acknowledged by the credit agencies however remained on my report. I have made ongoing attempts to have this false information removed from my report. Ginny 's was removed after multiple disputes That this was not my debt. It has appeared on and off my credit report since XXXX. It showed XXXX removed this from my report XXXX, however this exact invalid information is currently showing on my credit report. I have no contract with Ginny 's therefore my personal private information was not to be provided. Ginny 's has violated my rights multiple times. The security of my personal information appears to not have the protection that it is supposed to have as stated under many laws. Ginny 's has placed false debt on my personal report hence the fact I disputed the invalid information on several occasions through the years. I ask that this false debt be removed from all 3 of the credit reports immediately or I'll further my complaint to Federal Government, as this is false information that has been randomly placed on my report which hinders my ability to have availability to potential credit offers or loans if needed. Ginny 's has defamed my character, trying to coerce me to pay a debt that is not mine ( Illegal Debt ) My credit report is getting handed to someone I have no contract with, nor did they have permission to have access to my private information. Please remove false debt Ginny 's, I have not given you or your employees permission to have my nonpublic personal information. You have infringed on my personal rights.
