I'm going to school to earn a PA degree and license in psychiatry. I'm attending the XXXX XXXX XXXX to help obtain that degree. Back in XXXX this year, I receive notifications that NelNet had closed my student loan accounts as paid in full. Based on that information, I decided to start school this past summer and ALL disclosures/information presented to me showed I had {$0.00} in outstanding loan balances. Then, today XX/XX/XXXX, I receive an e-mail from XXXX stating that I had over XXXX XXXXXXXX in outstanding student loans. I get online and make a couple of calls to try and get this looked into. I tried calling NelNet and their wait time was XXXX minutes. I sent them an email but no reply.
