On or around XX/XX/XXXX my wife and I applied for credit at Toyota of XXXX ( Texas ) with salesman named XXXX who we specifically told we only wanted our credit ran once. Instead XXXX ran both of our reports a total of fifteen times with fourteen different banks. All of these hard inquiries resulted in both of our credit scores plummeting and not being able to qualify for a vehicle loan anywhere for years. On XX/XX/XXXX I decided to try once more with the same company because I really wanted a Toyota and unfortunately was given XXXX yet again as a salesman. I expressly told him very emphatically I only wanted my credit ran ONCE, but instead he ran it five times against my will further ruining my credit where I can no longer get a vehicle loan anywhere on favorable terms. I asked him and his general manager, XXXX XXXX to fix the problem but they refuse, even lying to me by saying all of the hard inquiries during a given period only count once, which I proved wrong by emailing them screenshots of my credit report clearly showing all twenty hard inquiries that were individually made by each bank they illegally submitted me to since XX/XX/XXXX. I have received no response from either of them. My credit is ruined because of their illegal and unauthorized actions which violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I would like justice to be served upon Toyota of XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( General Manager ) and XXXX ( salesman ) and all of the unauthorized illegal hard inquiries to be removed except for the ones that were legitimately allowed, which are two.
