On XX/XX/2013 XXXX closed their account without warning or even taking measures to assure that no ones credit will be affected due to them going out of business in XXXX. Because of this lack of failed communication on their part, I have been struggling to bring my credit back up. They closed the account and dropped my credit score by XXXX points when my car wasnt paid off. Without warning, without any implications that the customers accounts or credit history would not be affected they made this decision that affected THOUSANDS of people. I have tried to contact the company and had no luck. I even tried to dispute this and nothing.
