I made a transfer of {$20000.00} from my linked XXXX Bank on XX/XX/2023, Immediately the money left my XXXX the next day XXXX Bank restricted my account without any valid reason and the money became available after 2 days in my Milli but I wasn't given access to it. I tried to contact their customer representative through email and 'in-chat ' messaging but all I could get is an automated response that they will get back to me in 1-2 Business day. I tried online to search for a representative phone number but XXXX does not have a phone number to call. Every time I sent a message i get response that I will be contacted in XXXX-2 Business day that they are investigative source of fund, till now no one has responded to me and its over a week now.
