In my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX, I found this derogatory item that I was not aware of with inaccurate information, such as payment history, status, reference number, filing date, and date of last activity .According to 15 U.S.C . Section 602 and 15 U.S.C. Section 604 A Section 2, I have the right to privacy, and a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
