I received a call last week about a medical debt of {$200.00}. I informed the rep that I had not received any statements or bills from GLA. When they confirmed my address it was missing the last number. I provided them with my correct address and advised that I would like to receive the statement by mail. I still have not received the statement. I also let them know that I lost my job in XX/XX/2023 and could not pay anything at this time. I also let them know that the bill is fraudulent because the hospital wheeled me outside and refused to provide me service. This was during the height of covid and they were placing patients outside and never came back to provide care. I received another call today. The rep was rude, mimicked me, and talked over me and would not confirm if they sent out a statement with the debt. I asked to speak to a supervisor who said her name is XXXX XXXX The supervisor, refused to send me a statement and told me that they had the correct address. When I tried to explain that I had corrected the address last week, and requested that she send me a statement, she refused.
