This Debt has been false reporting on my credit report. This collection of debt I do not owe to this collector. This debt states a credit card with XXXX XXXX and also it states the address in connection with this card I have never lived there in my life. This debt collector has been asked to prove this contract agreement which i signed with them. Silence has proven i owe no debt at all. They are my credit report causing damage. As you can see I have a 98 percent payment history. Other then student loan which are in good standing, i have no other debts. MIDLAND CREDIT does not have my permission to pursue any debts that i do not owe with me. They have been removed before and yet placed again on my report it must STOP.
