Back in XXXX I had a charge from XXXX in the amount of {$470.00}. Called the bank reported it wasn't authorized and that it was fraud. Went through the steps to dispute via phone. Apparently about 6 weeks later they state they had sent a mailing to me requesting more info ( never received ). Time goes on I notice the amount is withdrawn from my account again. They told me to submit the email in which I had reached out to them which I did. The email is a confirmation of the conversation had with an agent. I had replied back to the email with further information. They are now stating that they don't have enough info. Fast forward, they still want do anything as my card was compromised again, this time the elect to send me a new card. There is now a trend of my card getting hacked on social media sites with the most recent one being XXXX. Huntington is still refusing to do anything with the initial charge of {$470.00} from XXXX.
