Consumer Narrative
I was unemployed and they still wanted me to make payments. When I was employed I was working at a temp agency making only enough money to cover my rent and bills and they STILL would not lower my payments based on my income. When I was telling them of my situation each time they made excuse on why they could not or would not lower my payment. When I was unemployed a csr agent advised me to sell my plasma. I thought it was rude of them to ask me to do something like that. But I did not know who to complain too.
