I received a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX collections. On this bill 2 separate amounts owed were listed. Date of bill was from XX/XX/XXXX statement date was XX/XX/XXXX. The 1st amount was {$79.00} on page 1 of bill. On page 2 the amount due was {$100.00}. I contacted XXXX to clarify amounts along with obtaining further information regarding the interest fees on XXXX at XXXX. I was then given another amount due, I inquired why a 3rd change in the amount owed. And if they were able to clarify their interest charges. I was not given much information by the representative and transferred to their Supervisor XXXX. I left a voicemail and have not received a call back. This information has me uneasy as I believe they are being deceptive in the collecting the incorrect amounts owed and can fraudulently keep an individual owing them money.
