This company is located in XXXX XXXX Missouri. They ran my credit back in XXXX of 2023. I was pre-approval for {$280000.00}. The home that I found was originally at {$230000.00}. So my agent suggested that I go in higher to get ratified. I was ratified for the home. The lender never locked in a rate for me when I asked him several times. The lenders kept saying that they saw XXXX and judgements from medical bills. Which was not true. I had it in collections and its {$1100.00}. He also delayed the closing to XXXX. He and his company personnel kept trying to get other personal information about me and kept calling the Title officer. The lender needed more information about my income and so I gave him the necessary information. Then he tells me that I needed to get appraisal done. He asked for my debit card information. I gave him the card and he charged my card {$610.00}. Dollars. Last Friday on XX/XX/2023. XXXX XXXX delayed to tell me that we can not do this loan and wanted more money for closing.
