I was sold a solar system for my home under fraudulent sales tactics and false production. I notified the lender since the company had gone bankrupt and told them I was using my rights under the FTC Holder rule to withhold payment and requested them refund me my payment i have made. they refunded me 1 payment. I hired an attorney to handle this case and also included my state attorney general. My attorney sent the lender a letter back in XXXX of this year and we never heard a response back from the lender. The lender has put me as being late on all my payments and has dropped my credit score from the 700s to the 500s for using my rights by the Federal Trade Commission to withhold payment. they still continue to report to the credit dept that i am late on my payments. i have sent letters to all the credit company 's and included the letter from my attorney. they responded by all information is correct. To this date we have yet to hear from the Lender, and feel they are continuing to operate under fraudulent tactics.
