Yesterday XX/XX/XXXX I went on the my mobile bank account and was looking at how much money I have, but today XX/XX/XXXX I looked and it was wiped clean with {$0.00} in my account I called they said it was closed and had no history I explained to them over the phone and went to the branch that I have a bank statement saying I make deposits every week at XXXX atm and that I had XXXX in my account and they are saying it was closed and have no records on that saving account I was at work and could not bring them the statements till after work and now they are closed been on the phone for 1 hour trying to get some answers and no one know and no one will help me
