Consumer Narrative

2 months ago and my latest CFPB complaint was against National Credit Adjusters as they just randomly appeared on my credit with no prayer history and no contract to do business with me. The history clearly shows and the attachments under payment history that is clearly marked incorrectly, it shows me opening some sort of loan In XX/XX/2023 which is completely false and then 2 months later with no reflection of payment or non-payment the account was closed. There is no evidence or proof of anything with this account again it just showed up one day out of the blue I've already stated this is not mine nor is anybody able to prove it but the last time I complained about this CFPB just granted them extension and closed the dispute which to me made no sense because of course typically what else are they going to do but just never get back to me on that extension like they did and they never provided me with any of the information that I asked were the proof and the evidence showing that this is mine and that I have any business with this company. Beyond the history being completely incorrect and false and not legally allowed on my credit report reflecting is the way it does this is not my charge This is not my business as nothing to do with me it should not be affecting me but to CFPB has allowed it to stay for reasons unbeknownst to me because I've yet to see one valid reason why they should stay on my credit report and if a human being would care to actually look at what I'm saying I do believe they will feel the same way as I feel this is just being run through some AI computer and being overlooked and because of this business practice will call it, I'm the one suffering for it it's not fair and if it's not corrected this time I'm going to go beyond the CFPB. I have no business with these people I never took out a loan with these people and I would remember being that it was this year just a couple months back. If anybody took out a loan it was 100 % identity theft because it was not me I can not stress this anymore than I am but it's the last time I'm going to and I'm going to seek legal counsel after entering this information to the CFPB because I can't seem to get any assistance in the matter that matters to me, is a priority, and is 100 % illegally being used against me at this point that no fault of my own. They never asked if they can report something on my credit report as they are supposed to in writing nor have I granted them any permission or granted anybody else any permission to share my information with these people so how they even have my information is beyond me but was illegally obtained obviously. The law is clear and written and reads as follows ; When can a debt collector report my debt to a credit reporting company? The CFPBs debt collection rule requires debt collectors to take certain steps before reporting a debt to a credit reporting company. Once the debt collector has followed the rules about how to contact you, then they can report your debt to a credit reporting company, provided they follow other laws about credit reporting. Before a debt collector can report your debt to a credit reporting company, the debt collector must do any one of the following : Speak with you in person about the debt, Speak with you by telephone about the debt, Mail you a letter about the debt and wait a reasonable amount of time ( generally 14 days ) for a notice that the letter wasnt delivered, or Send you an electronic communication about the debt and wait a reasonable amount of time ( generally 14 days ) for a notice that the message wasnt delivered. If a debt collector sends you a validation notice about a debt, it means they have satisfied their requirement to contact you and, in general, can begin to report the debt to credit reporting companies. I have received zero communication from these people and the only time they have tried to contact me I would not give them my information I would not give them my last name I provided only my first name and they hung up on me they did this multiple times as I know their game I know what they're trying to do and I know what they're not going to do. It's absolutely sickening how these people have behaved trying to pin something that is not mine on my account and affect me and my family all So their boss, not even them, can have another dollar in his wallet. Shameless. I'm clearly stating the law is written not as I wrote it as it's written I have to follow the law just as they have to follow the law and the reason they're not is because of CFPB has allowed them to drag their feet while they close their doors and I was provided no more information and was just left where we were the last time they granted them the extension as they have never gotten back to me they have never proven anything nor can they Because that's an impossibility because it's not mine and I never entered into any contract with these people nor have I ever identified myself to them or received any sort of correspondence from them saying it was mine and if I would have I immediately would have sent a letter back demanding what I've already demanded. I want this corrected immediately and this will be getting forwarded to my lawyer immediately upon completion of this form. This company will be held liable for all violations past and present which I will allow my lawyer to dig through and handle as I am confident he will and will be held liable for all that digging and in paying my lawyers fees and costs in full to include court cost. I'm able to do this because I've never entered any sort of arbitration with anybody because I never entered into any contract with anybody. It's funny how that works.
