Ever since XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX [ XXXX ] XXXX XXXX XXXX went through a software change now 2 years ago! .. their billing system has been messed up. I have dual-insurance, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Im a retired XXXX with XXXX XXXX now XXXX XXXX ). When I receive services for care no matter what it is, I Never have to pay anything.. no Copay no CoIns, etc. because what XXXX doesnt pay XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ive been dealing with the CONSTANT bills for services for 2 years now for which I do not owe. Multiple Calls with Multiple Hours Ive taken to rectify this issue with their Customer Service Reps and even Management saying we will fix this issue with no avail. Now, on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I received a Collection Notice/Letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX/ XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX XXXX ) saying I still owe {$45.00} for a XXXX checkup visit I had on XX/XX/XXXX. Ive received Multiple bills for this visit and SO many other dates-of-service ( DOS ) as it appears XXXX XXXX can not get their billing straight ! I never paid the first/second request for payment for this DOS as I should not owe anything as Only one of my insurances was billed. Then.. I received another bill on XX/XX/XXXX, its a red bill ( statement date XX/XX/XXXX ) stating I owe {$90.00}. __I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX ) Customer Service on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who stated theres a {$0.00} charge - No Copay.. it kicked out the claim as a Duplicateshe will send it back thru to the Billing Dept. to reprocess. Then. On XXXX I received Another red bill - statement date XX/XX/XXXXXXXX for the same DOS XX/XX/XXXX stating I now owe XXXX? __I called XXXX XXXX again and spoke to XXXX who stated they did not bill BOTH insurances. She doesnt know why. She will send this to her Lead and have it reviewed. _That late afternoon XXXX called me back and stated her Leadership does Not even know why theres a balance due. They will send the claim back for reprocessing ( again )! Now here we are.. its now XX/XX/XXXXXXXX - almost 1 year later ( for THIS bill ) and XXXX insurance can Not get their billing straight! ..and they sent me to COLLECTIONS! They/their IT needs to figure this out and FIX the problem! I am tired of spinning my wheels and wasting my time with these people to get their system right and basically doing their job for them. Please help with this matter as a Higher entity / company as yourself may be able to light a fire under their XXXX XXXX XXXX and finally get this rectified once and for all! Please. * Please let them know, Im also requesting from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they sent me to Collections in Error AND they need to REMOVE any bad credit rating Off my Record! Note : XXXX XXXX has a system to track and followup with patients.. and Not once has anyone followed up with me since XXXX and they have the nerve to send me to Collections??? Not Right!
