I have sent a written debt verification letter. In addition I have sent a letter stating the account is not mine and that my is a result in identity theft. In addition I the amount has been charged off and the creditor has XXXX was on my account from 2016 and now it appears again this time through a new third party. Once the account reached the 7 years XXXX sold the file and it has appeared on my account again now for another 7 years. Again, the account has been charged off and I did not open the account in the first place it was identity theft. in the past there were identify theft alerts and notice my account had fraud. I have advised the company.
