XXXX, XXXX. To Whom it my Concern. At XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with residency at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX Driver license XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida State. To be on my situation is necessary to count with your valuable help in order to communicate the mortgage company as soon as possible in regard the negligence they been acting in my reputation and negative report on my credit. My mortgage payment was in default since XX/XX/XXXX, at that time I was assigned to be working outside the country.The mortgage was sold to XXXX XXXX and the Automated payment was not transferred to them, and I was not aware of it until they send a sherif notice and my neighbor communicated with me.As soon as I knew it I came to the country and I paid all late payments and fees that the new mortgaged company requested me, and not matter that they reported me and after many requested from me through a good will letter to them to deleted it, it had not been posible. What happened in this case my old mortgage company XXXX XXXX, XXXX obligation # XXXX sold this loan to BSI Financial Services without transferred the Automated payment that it was previously settled with them so it was to confused, till BSI started legal action in this regard. On my side I took the corrected action contacting BSI, at the same time with their Law Firm in order to put my loan currently, paying legal fees and interest due to the late payments. Now BSI sold my loan again, XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX at this time I was notified with time to comply with this obligation. My loan at this time is agehad on payments till this coming XXXX. BSI Financial Services has been so neglected in regard with negative report to a different credit report agencies, in my many calls I been requested to take out this negative action on my credit report, but up to this date the negative report still. Please help me out in this matter, the problem still going on, I need help my sister with my good credit in order to get a loan to buy her house for your help and understanding in this matter I express my thanks. Please request BSI Financial Services to send a physical report saying my name is free and clear for any negative report or obligations with that institution.But it needs to be deleted from my report because if not I can not to do any finantial negotiation.
