Since XX/XX/2023 I have not been able to access my savings nor checking accounts online. I tried to get a verification code send to my number in order to verify it was ne in order to access the account. The verification code did not work because it was an old number that was on file. I thereafter tried calling capital one customer service in which I uploaded my passport photo successfully a few times, about 3 or 4 times, in which my request was denied anyways. I am unable at this moment to access both of my accounts and all of my money. I need to access my accounts.
