My complaint is against one main financial, I was going to be late with my monthly payment in which my XXXX XXXX which has XXXX miles on it was used as collateral. I was basically forced into a refinance, my 2 refinance and I asked if it would add to my balance and it did. My refinance was done several years ago and making monthly payments and balance remains at {$12000.00}. I filled a complaint on line received a call from one main that went no where, high interest rate. The refinance only lowred my monthly payment that was it. Also the add on, roadside assistance, insurance in case I cant make payment was added on as well. My question is, are there interest they are charging in line with Alabama law? I dont have exact dates of latest refinance but it was around XXXX XXXX near covid outbreak. If there is a class action against I truly believe I should be included. I want online and saw numerous complaints about one main.
