I want to dispute an error on my credit report. The agency cavalry portfolio Service, put me in collection that reflects on my transunion credit report, stating that I owe them {$110000.00}. I contacted them but they dont want to give me info whether this amount is from an credit card or a loan. They insist that I have to pay them. I let them know I have proof that I was a victim of identity theft .But they refused to accept any proof, they keep insisting that I have to pay them. Im requesting to get the collection removed from my account. Im attaching, a copy of the police report of identity theft, residential, I live at the same address XXXX agreement, account services /XXXX a proof of residency.
