On XX/XX/2023, I sent over several letters to Experian disputing inaccurate information that I discovered to be on my credit report costing me {$90.00}. These inaccuracies are not a joke as this issue has prevented my family from being able to build our home amongst other devastating issues that has come up. I sent a letter to credit company asking them to review the data that they have on file for me to ensure that it is accurate and complies with FCRA and Metro 2 reporting requirements. I also ask that they send their written response to my home 's mailing address. As of today XX/XX/2023, I have not received any written responses in regard to my disputes that I sent in. According to USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) " if the completeness or accuracy any item of information contained in a consumer 's file at a consumer reporting agency directly or indirectly of such dispute, the agency shall conduct a investigation to determine whether the disputed info is inaccurate and record the current status of the dispute information and/or delete the item from the file before the end of the 30 day period. '' Experian failed to follow this law.
