I am behind on my bills for the month of XXXX. I spoke with XXXX from 21st mortgage last week XX/XX/XXXX and told him I would try to have the amount by the XXXX of XXXX but I couldnt promise. I asked if it was possible to put this payment off or add it to the end of jt mortgage and he refused. He said that is not an option. It was due XX/XX/XXXX. He called me today and when I explained that my check wasnt enough, he proceeded to demand to know where I had spent my money. I start to explain to him about utilities, food, just the necessities that I have had to cut back on, and he proceeds to berate me for not having the money. THIS ONE TIME. I hung up on him because I was want getting anywhere.
