As so XX/XX/2022 I get an email and phone call out of nowhere from a company called FirstMark services saying I owe a debt yet they don't know where it came from but they were quickly trying to put me on a payment plan. I was too busy at the time to really look into it but over time the calls increased and they kept trying to pressure me into making payments and threaten to damage my credit report. So when I asked for proof of agreement they weren't able to provide that information. So when asked about where they got my information from they just kept saying another company which isn't helpful. I've disputed this information multiple times but they kept bringing up an balance that I was not aware of and doesn't provide you many options to dispute the debt so its either pay it or have bad credit. I would like to get this information removed from my credit report as it has to be identity thieft.
