On XX/XX/23 there was an external transfer from my bank ( PNC ) for {$2000.00} to an online checking account ending in XXXX with XXXX. I have filed two disputes with PNC and was denied both times. I also contacted XXXX XXXX and they told me there was no checking account ending with those 4 digits. The thief also tried to transfer {$800.00} but I was able to cancel that transfer in time. I am extremely frustrated and I have done everything in my power to get my money back but PNC seems to not care at all. They give me inadequate reasons as to why my dispute was denied.
