Consumer Narrative
I just pulled a credit report from XXXX that was generated on XXXX I paid all of the EdFinancial balances off in XXXX XXXX However, all of the balances from EdFinancial are showing last updated as of XX/XX/XXXX and are still open. Now that we are going into XXXX, I believe they should be accurately updating and reporting the status of my balances. Especially since the payments on student loans are starting again soon, I do not want a chance to get marked as late payment because they are fully paid off, I have no need to make payments. Thank you, XXXX
