My complaint is with pentagon federal credit unionXXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX my mother XXXX XXXX XXXX passed away.After we informed Penfed they locked up her accounts which were in her name, my name only being on the checking account.The nature of my complaint is that my mother had a credit card that had a balance and they have put it on my credit report via XXXX as a delinquency. I never entered into any agreements or signed or consented to anything related to her credit card.The account in question was opened in XXXX when I would have been XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX .My brother XXXX XXXX XXXX decided to be the executor of my mothers will .She died with very little and the estate was non probate.Penfed refuses to speak with me on this matter unless I obtain a " certificate of small estate.Im not the person handling, they refuse to speak to my brother also. They have long since been sent a death certificate and still mail bills in my mothers name as well as collection letters. I need my mothers credit card and accounts removed from my credit report, as they have already caused me financial hardship. Please assist in any way possible.
