Ive asked all three credit bursitis to delete account : XXXX XXXX due to improper credit reporting under my FCRA rights that they have broken, they have continuously ignored the request and keep sending the investigation and collection back as ACCURATE when its not. This account was charged off which means it should not be reporting a past due balance or a balance. This dead account is also adding internet when it was already written off for {$3900.00} WITH A PAST DUE BAPANCE OF {$7600.00} so how can a CHARGE OFF collect interest and have a past due balance when they release this debt to a third party collection agency, An account can not have a payment history when the account is considered a " dead account. '' Remove ( XXXX XXXX ) from my credit report because you are continually reporting charged off status in the payment history all the way until ( XXXX XXXX ) when this account has been charged off on ( XX/XX/2020 ) You can not report a payment history on a dead account as it falsely manipulates the statute of limitations on when this account is supposed to fall off my report Because of this apparent neglect in assuring everything in my reports accurate consistent and up to date please " DELETE '' this item immediately : XXXX XXXX When the requested above deletions are made, please mail me an updated copy of my credit report.
