Attempted to order my credit report online. Kept loading on me. Restarted it and the report never populated. Only option it gave was to end the session or contact them. The contact them ended up being similar to an inquiry. I used it to submit a complaint and gave them my house adress. Did not ask for email or phone. The message I got in return was they couldn't process my request. I did attempt to resubmit the report request and Said it already gave me one. I attempted to call them by the telephone number provided by the cfpb. Would not give me an option to speak to anyone and would only allow me to place an order in for the report. They said 15 days. All automated. Ironically it was for the XXXX XXXX XXXX which was all found with the cfpb.
