I closed a real-estate transaction using XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) as my mortgagee. My first payment towards this mortgage was dated for XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted this payment before it's due date. I received an email XX/XX/XXXXXXXX from an ( XXXX ) representative letting me know that they received my payment, but didn't have a loan number associated with the payment. I provide the loan number and I was told by representative XXXX, XXXX " the loan payment was applied today to your loan '' XX/XX/XXXX. My loan was then transferred XX/XX/XXXXXXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). After several months I noticed that XXXX updated my credit report stating a 30 day late payment XXXX, XXXX which is the same month my loan/monthly payment was transferred to XXXX and subsequent charge offs XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a dispute with the XXXX credit Bureau who were reporting this false information, being Experian and XXXX. The credit bureaus " investigation '' came back validating the incorrect information. When I contacted both bureaus for proof validating the claim I was told they do not provide documentation regarding claims to consumers and I would have to contact the reporting company. I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan servicing department several times for proof substantiating their claim most recent on XX/XX/XXXX. The loan servicing department was unable to provide me with any documentation substantiating the claim. I compiled all conflicting information and opened another dispute with the credit bureaus citing all discrepancies found during my own investigation. The credit bureaus still deemed the information provided by the reporting company ( NASB ) as valid after their most recent " investigation '' XX/XX/XXXX. I have filed multiple disputes with both credit bureaus regarding the false reporting ranging from XXXX, providing the same proof that I have attached below proving the claim as false.
