This is a Request per Title 15 USC 1681i Request for description of Procedures used to Determine Accuracy and Completteness of information verified that I disputed XX/XX/2023 via CFPB Complaint database # XXXX and they were verified XX/XX/2023. Please provide evidence of your reasonable procedures that you used to come to such conclusion that this information is verified. Who did you talk to? When did you talk to them? Please give me the names of individuals that you spoke with. Please provide their addresses and telephone numbers in accord with FCRA Title 15 1681i Description of Reinvestigstion Procedure ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ). I disputed regarding my Privacy Rights being violated under 15 US Code 6802 The Gramm Leach Billey Actt ( GLBA ) which states a federally protected consumer like myself should be given clear and conspicuous disclosure regarding NOTICE that I have a right to Opt Out or Opt In to credit reporting before my non public personal information is disseminated to non affiliated third parties. Additionally, the LAW also states I have to give PERMISSION before my non public personal information is transported to consumer reporting agencies etc. I gave no one at anytime PERMISSION!! Please provide your procedure leading up to these accounts being verified These companies are financial institutions as defined under Section 1843 ( k ) of title 12.
