For the last 3 months I have called to make my payments on the last day of the month during posted business hours. First when I call, I am told their system is down. After I persist, I have been told their system is closed and payments wouldnt be posted until the next day. I have countered with the fact that I am making this payment during their posted business hours. I was told that they can close out their day prior to close of business. I explained that was not legal or correct. Their response has been it wont be posted until the next day. I made my XXXX payment on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX for {$130.00}. I made my XXXX payment on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX for {$130.00} I would like to know why am I being told my payments would be posted on another day when the payments have been made during posted business hours. I now show a delinquent mark on my credit report for the XXXX payment. This is unacceptable.
