They wouldn't listen to me regarding this one purchase even after I.D . theft had been proved. It was from XXXX and therefore must be mine. They advised I go ahead and pay for it and it would be refunded later once the I.D . theft had resolved. They then went and reported me as 30 days late after telling me they would wait for the resolution. By the way, the theives also bought something from XXXX on one of my other cards and the card refunded the money to me immediately. Wells Fargo has had many complaints about their business practices and now I see why. I just want the 30 days late removed.
