I got a30 day late reporting to the credit bureaus. I was never contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX about this late payment. My credit history has always been impeccable and I have never had a 30 day late. When I spoke to a supervisor after I notice my credit report she said she could not reverse the action. When I asked why I was never contacted she had no answer. Since that event I enrolled in auto pay so this will never happen again.
