On or around the last two weeks of XXXX XXXX at NewRez initated my request for a Home improment loan on my Home The dollar value is {$280.00} no equity debt. XXXX, for some reason is not responding. Today is XX/XX/XXXX the request was a kind of emergecy because it involved A/C & Furnace Qoutes with two contractors. The heat is immense but she willnot return my call. Now there are other lenders involved but I Didn't want outsider in the process.
