I always make all of my credit card payments on time but in XXXX of XXXX whenever I would log into my account, at least once a week, the website showed I didn't have a payment due. This went on for several weeks and at some point, the company 's website went down because it was switched to a different platform. By the time I was finally able to log back in which was not more than a week after the last attempt, the account was showing as 30 days past due. I have never made any of my credit card payments late and when I tried explaining to the company what had happened and how I was misled, the company did not care. I have tried disputing this error on my credit report with all three major credit bureaus for over a year but have not been successful.
