To Whom this may concern, I am not responsible of this account. I am a victim of ID theft. People have used my information to open it and also make fraudulent activities. I have sent in multiple disputes and The other bureaus have removed it of my credit report, but you guys refused to do so. I have submitted my police report and FTC report, and verified my identification etc., yet you guys claim that this account has been verified. Therefore, I am invoking the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( FCRA 611 ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I to ask that you provide me with the following information : 1. The date you contacted the creditor. 2. The contact information for the creditor. 3. The name of the person who verified the item to you. 4. The method of communication you used to verify this information. I understand that failure to investigate these accounts within a period of thirty days will result in non-verification which requires that the above accounts be immediately removed from my credit file. I also understand that the Fair Credit Reporting Act specifically 15 USC sections 1681i ( d ) and 1681j requires that I receive both written notification of the appropriate corrections and updated credit reports at no charge.
