Dear CFPB Consumer Adjustment added to my credit report a collection for XXXX XXXX in the amount XXXX that was already disputed in previous collection with Debt recovery solutions you can reference complaint ID XXXX And XXXX all my proof and documentation is on those complaint IDs including the mistakes and errors and FCRA laws the previous debt collector made this debt should have not been added back to my credit report after it was concluded no proof was provided on the debt collectors part same goes for consumer adjustment who added this collection straight to my credit report without first attempting to contact me first and sending a debt validation letter first and given me 30 days to respond consumer adjustment already violated FCRA laws by not doing those two things they need to remove this account from my credit profile immediately and if they continue to Per-sue this collection they will need to furnish full proof that this account is mine
