I wrote to this company and let them know that I was XXXX and that these debts were identity theft on XX/XX/2023. I sent this letter again on XX/XX/2023 certified to them after 30 days, and now it has been 2 times I have sent the letter attached and no response. this time I have drafted an intended lawsuit as this company is ignoring my rights under the FCRA I also sent them the dates I was XXXX and tried to differentiate between my name which is XXXX XXXX XXXX and my father who is XXXX XXXX XXXX. While trying to fix this myself I found out a company purchased my info and had been using it for years since the Equifax Data Breach. So I am complaining because I have given the double amount of time that the law requires.
