On Monday XX/XX/2023 I reached out to TD bank to inform them that someone has used my card in a fraudulent activity and informed them which transaction it was. The next day I wake up to both my business and my personal account are locked and I have no access to any of them. I called TD customer Service, they told me that I had to visit a branch. I went to a TD branch for 5 days in a row on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I sat and waited to see someone for over an hour each visit and each visit no one helped me get an answer of why my accounts are being closed, all they kept telling me they dont have the reason why TD back office is closing my account, and my funds are being held, every time I called the fraud department they told me the same thing and told me they dont know why my accounts are closed and that I have to visit a branch to find out why, I keep going in circles with them, I need my funds released to me, its my money, I worked hard for that money and I have bills to pay, my personal should have at least {$1300.00} and my business account should have at least {$49000.00} Im tired of wasting hours at the bank fighting for my money. I was told on XX/XX/2023 that I can come in to the branch on XX/XX/2023 and close my accounts and they will give me my funds, I did what I was told and when I finally got to speak to the branch manager she tells me I cant close my account because the bank is holding my money. Every day its been a different excuse and Im getting tired of fighting to get my money, please I need help getting my money. Thank you
