I purchased a car at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. During the paperwork, XXXX XXXX set me up for easypay. I proceeded to check my bank account every month to make sure my payment of {$540.00} was being deducted, which it was. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, I went to Honda Financial Services online to get a payoff amount and noticed a late fee has been accrued every month since I bought my car. I called Honda Financial Services to let them know that XXXX XXXX set up my auto pay incorrectly and I wanted all the fees reversed. The fees totaled {$970.00}. After two conversations with three representatives over two weeks, I was reimbursed {$500.00} in fees but still need {$470.00} refunded. I also reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to advise them of the error but they said there was nothing they could do and XXXX XXXX no longer works for the company. The referred me to XXXX, the general sales manager, but he never returned my call.
