I am part of a " shopping rewards '' program at CapitalOne for ~2 years. I tried to redeem some of the rewards back in XXXX, XXXX for a gift card. They have not been able to redeem the rewards yet and have not followed up with a reason or any clarity in the matter. After not hearing back from them for months, on XX/XX/XXXX, I got an email from them stating that my account has been suspended. " We regret to inform you that your Capital One Shopping account has been suspended. We reserve the right to suspend your Capital One Shopping account and services at any time for any reason not prohibited by law.
