To : Barclays Bank Delaware AND XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I write to advise you that I plan to file a lawsuit against you in the United States XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX XXXX due to your multiple and ongoing willful violations of the FCRA and FDCPA. I need you to provide me with a list of options and preferred options to have the Summons and Complaint served upon you.
