I been dealing with a XXXX XXXX. Every time I have talked to her she was very aggressive and mean. She has threatened to take me to small claims court. I have been trying to make payments online but will not let me. And she kept saying I can pay over the phone if I give her my card information or banking information which I am not comfortable doing that because I dont know who this person is. I got a letter in mail asking to set up a payment plan. Which I already did but they only pulled two payments. Every-time I have talk to her and I asked her if I can talk to a manager and she refused and would not let me. I even asked her to email me for communication which she does have my email. But refused to do that and still tries to call me. I asked if she will stop calling me and email instead because its a lot easier when I am at work. I cant be answering personal calls when I am working.
