I have a finance lease with Hyundai. For the last two months Hyundai have been adding fees to my monthly payment, which is suppose to be $ XXXX Monthly Payments with 0 % apr and 0 % fees. My monthly payment is always slated for XXXX of every month. The month of XXXX Hyundai added additional {$35.00} to my account without any explanation. As at the month of XXXX I had outstanding total balance of {$880.00} from the month of XXXX with the money payment of {$480.00} for the month of XXXX, which brings my total payment bal for the month of XXXX to {$1300.00}. I paid {$500.00} on the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, which bring my bal down to {$870.00} for the month of XXXX. But, Hyundai did not send me the accurate amount, they added additional {$35.00} to my statement account. The payment of {$910.00} was stipulated on my account for XXXX instead of {$870.00}. It did not stopped there, I made payment of {$500.00} on the first of XXXX and made another payment of {$100.00} on the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, which reduced my account bal to {$810.00} as at XX/XX/2023. To my surprise this morning, they sent statement of {$1300.00} instead of {$810.00} + XXXX monthly payment for XXXX equals {$1200.00}. To note this has been normal financial services misappropriation for Hyundai finance and I hope this could be litigated and fine the company of rubbing their loyal customer against the consumer finance law. This have been an act of corporate fraud and abused taking from loyal customers, as this is not the first time I will report Hyundai finance of misappropriation and going against their policies and contracts. If Hyundai keep additional invisible bills to their customers accounts, when shall we meet up with the bal payment? I received confirmation for all the transactions, which I have included the paper trail as evidence below.
